John Tully State Forest
Encompassing 2,132 acres on the western border of Tennessee is the John Tully State Forest. This forest holds some of Tennessee's best hunting and fishing lands. It is only the second state forest established in the last half-century. This property is managed by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency as a wildlife management area. Horseback riding is allowed within this state forest.
