Pickett State Forest

Located in northeastern Tennessee near the Kentucky-Tennessee border, Pickett State Forest is made up of 20,127 acres. The eastern side of the forest is adjacent to the Big South Fork Recreation Area. Horseback riding is allowed on certain forest roads and there are 35 miles of hiking trails. Other recreational activities include rock climbing, bird watching and swimming.
