Wilson Family Farm grows a variety of vegetables, including beans (haricot vert and Rattlesnake), beets, carrots, cucumbers, garlic, kale, microgreens, okra, onions, peppers (sweet), potatoes, squash, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, turnips (Japanese), and zucchini. Our vegetables are available at the East TN F.A.R.M. Market at Jackson Square in Oak Ridge (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Saturdays, April - November) and the Winter Market by Grow Oak Ridge at Roane State Community College, Oak Ridge Campus (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Saturdays, December - March).
