Additional Information: Cootie Brown’s Commissary Kitchen services our three restaurant locations in East Tennessee, founded in 1999. Our guests enjoy an eclectic menu featuring gourmet fire-roasted pizzas, authentic tamales, and handmade desserts. Our Commissary produces and ships our retail line of unique and delectable pies and tamales nationwide. Our signature double layer Key Lime Pie has become a regional favorite. "It's nontraditional, but delicious!" We have been partnered up with FJ Torbett Plant Farm in Piney Flats, TN for many years, providing us homegrown basil for our craft batches of basil pesto used in many dishes in the restaurant and retail sale. We use no added preservatives, fillers, or MSG. Everything is made by hand, just like it was the day we opened.
