Additional Information: We are a small family owned operation in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. This property has been in our family since 1932. We take a tremendous amount of pride in the quality of the products that we produce. We only sell products that are produced on our property. This does limit the amounts and times our products are available, however we believe that monitoring all aspects of our products result in higher quality for the consumer.
