Additional Information: We are the first and only Meadery in Nashville! We take Tennessee honey and turn it into delicious mead! We use only TN honey from either our own bees or beekeepers we personally know in this state. With our new methods of making mead we are trying to bring mead into the new age. Most mead has been made super sweet and almost syrupy in texture. Our mead is much more accessible to folks by being on the dry side and ditching the syrupy texture. This is the way! If we can change peoples minds about mead we can directly fund more beekeepers in this state. Rather than the beekeeper having to package their honey and attempt to sell it at Farmers Markets they can put large volumes into buckets and give it to us. We use and sanitize the buckets and give them right back. No waste and no extra labor on the beekeeper to make a living. Our Apiary is in Ashland City and we are gaining a second Apiary this year in Leipers Fork. This connects us to nature and our product even more being a part of the beekeeping process and having the pleasure of being able to harvest and use our own honey for making mead as well as collabs all over town with Breweries. We truly believe that we have the best shot of generating a large revenue stream for beekeepers in TN. Our goal is to be their highest source of revenue in the entire state.
