Our flavors are carefully crafted using a variety of fresh peppers, fragrant spices, and labor-intensive processes like charring and fermentation to give common ingredients a special edge. In the name of creating the highest quality product, we never use pre-made mashes or capsaicin extracts. We have no need for chemical preservatives or artificial flavors, only the delicious bounty of the foods we love to eat.
