Each bagel is hand rolled, kettle boiled, and baked for a chewy interior and crisp crust, using high quality non GMO ingredients, organic whenever possible, and no added oils or shortcuts. Our bagels are sold frozen so customers can enjoy a bakery quality bagel at home on their own schedule. Freezing preserves freshness without additives and lets people pull out exactly what they need. Toasted from frozen, they eat like they were baked that morning. Customers should know these are fully baked, traditionally made bagels, not soft bread rings or par baked products.
