Accidental Spices LLC is the manufacturer of Professor Bailey's Spicy Pimento Cheese, Spicy Pimento Cheese Biscuits, and Spicy Pimento Cheese Gougeres. In addition to the Spicy Pimento Cheese, we have Savory and Spicier versions as well. We are also introducing Damma Good Cinnamon Rolls (these are already baked and frozen so that people can warm them up whenever they want).
