The lodge is a three-story, 5000 sq. ft. Country Chalet with a fully furnished kitchen with 2 dining tables, 4 bedrooms, 5 beds queen or larger, 3 full baths, 2 half baths surrounded by decks and views that go on forever! Maximum of 12 overnight guests. The event space is for large (200 max.) or small family gatherings, outdoor country kitchen and cold storage, table and chairs available, quiet outdoor gardens and rod-iron gazebo, spacious 4000 square foot 2 story event pavilion. Sycamore Springs is a 800 acre working farm with cattle, horses, hay, 3 acre organic garden and bee hives during summer months. The Land Trust for Tennessee has a conservation easement on 500 acres that will never be developed.
