Wildcat Farms is a small Hereford beef, cow-calf farm owned by James A. "Lee" and Stephanie Hanks near Prospect, TN in Giles County - within 15 miles of Pulaski, TN and Athens, AL. All animals are seasonally grazed on lush grass-based pasture each year and are supplemented with locally procured commercial feed and mixed grass hay in the fall and winter. All product is direct marketed to local consumers as 1/2 or 1/4 freezer beef options that can be either grain or grass finished based on the customers choice.
