Additional Information: An Authentic Southern Experience. Located just off Interstate 40 at Exit 56, the Delta Heritage Center features over 8,000 square feet of exhibit space dedicated to the importance of cotton production in the region, the last "wild" river and the unique eco-system of the Hatchie National Wildlife Refuge and West Tennessee's rich musical heritage - including the last home of Blues pioneer "Sleepy" John Estes and the childhood school of music icon Tina Turner. The gift shop showcases local and regionally made items. Hours are Monday-Saturday from 9-5 and Sunday 1-5. Admission is free and group tours are welcome.
